Association of Coffee and Tea of Hong Kong is going to recruit a Project Officer with 2-year contract to manage a project funded by HKTID SME Funding Schemes.

 

Project Officer

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Plan, organize and implement large-scale campaign, promotional & advertising activities 

- Handle public relations work of the activities

- Work closely with supporting organizations for smooth execution of the activities

- Formulate and execute all mega events strategies on schedule, budget, manpower plan etc to ensure good quality of service standard

- Coordinate events functions and make best use of all resources available for high operation efficiency of clients’ project. 

- Prepare and report various kinds of numeric reports to superior levels  

 

Requirements:

 

- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years solid experience in events operations

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with corporate clients, suppliers and internal departments

- Resourceful connection with events-related partners and service vendors

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must

- Mature, independent, self-motivated and customer-oriented

- Strong sense of risk management and human resources management

- Immediately available
